JZ NW SPORTS DAY WAS FUN AND PAINFUL... the first event was the 100 meters...i clinched 1st again...haha!!bt i could feel some pain at my thigh and hamstring....maybe tis is due to yesterday soccer match...in the 4 by 100 meters....my class get 3rd....it was all my fault...i pulled my hamstring when i was sprinting ahead of Acap...haha!! soon i slowed down and feel to the ground....i didnt realized tat i managed to completed the race...i was shocked tat we was 3rd...as i didnt knoe tat time....coz i was in real pain...they carried me away....by a strecther....all of my cloze frenz and fellow classmates were there....thanks u guys...for being there with me....when i am in pain...really apprechiate....it.....u guys rocks...nt forgetting the St John crew....nabillah and the gang....thanks ya.....may god bless u guys....
